The Owensboro Police Department and area business owners have initiated a Crime Stoppers Program for the Owensboro/Daviess County area. Crime Stoppers is a partnership between the Community, the Media, and the Law Enforcement, whose mandate is to “Work Together to Solve and Prevent Crime”.

The program is a community based, non-profit registered corporation, managed by a civilian volunteer board of directors. It is a crime information collection operation, which enables anyone with information about a crime, and who wishes to remain anonymous, to pass that information on to law enforcement through a neutral organization.

We are asking for your support with this endeavor and to become a partner in the fight against crime in our community.

For a $250.00 per year donation

You will receive a 24” X 18” metal Crime Stoppers sign with your business name on it.

The sign can be placed on your business or we can have it placed on a metal pole on the road way.

For a $50.00 per year donation

You will receive a 5” X 5” Crime Stopper Supporter static sticker and certificate of appreciation and participation.

With your help everyone benefits, all donations made to the Crime Stoppers Program are tax deductible and helps to make the streets of our community safe for everyone.
